HANNAH RAE
Hannah is a multi media artist who works from her studio in Woodbridge, Suffolk in UK.
The uncertainty of being a post-menopausal woman with an empty nest, ephemeral transitions, and a place in-between one state and another are all themes central to Hannah's artistic thinking.
Since achieving an MA in Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts in 2024, she keeps textiles at the core of her practice, whilst enjoying experimentation with new materials and methods of creating work. Hannah is allowing this new learning to progress and disrupt her practice in different ways, creating alternative outcomes in her work involving print and sculpture alongside her stitched textile pieces.
